Mr. Donnell M. Raby Sr. is an accomplished military servant, community leader, coach, public speaker, family man, entrepreneur, & a true visionary.

From his accomplishments, Mr. Raby was inspired to leave a legacy for his family and other families in Hampton Roads with the start of the RABY Foundation.
